If something arrives wrong
Ordering is not open yet. This is the policy Vitra will use when it is.
Broken glass
Photograph the carton and the piece and email hello@vitralabsupply.com within 7 days of delivery. We replace glass that arrives broken in transit. Keep the packing until we reply.
Unopened supplies
Unopened plasticware, gloves, and consumables can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in the original pack. Glass that has been unwrapped is only replaced when it arrived damaged.
How to start
Email the order reference, the item name, and the photos. We will send a return address when a return is the right fix, or ship a replacement when the piece arrived broken.
