What the marks mean

These are catalog standards, not lot assays. The product page is the place to confirm size, class, and pack count before you add an item.

ASTM E438 Type I, Class A

Borosilicate 3.3

Low-expansion glass for beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, and test tubes that see heat, detergent, and ordinary bench handling.

ASTM E288 Class A

One calibration line, stopper included, marked to contain. The 100 mL and 250 mL sizes are the ones on the shelf.

ASTM E1272 Class B

Hex base and a pour spout for routine transfers. Use a volumetric flask when the volume has to hit one mark.

Powder-free, medium

Textured fingertips and a beaded cuff for general bench work. Match the glove to the chemical in your own procedure.
